Local regulations and brand readiness for the market in terms of labels, packaging, certifications etc.

This is a 2-3 weeks of effort

A detail working document for the brand to help in making a decision to enter the market whether direct or through a distribution partner.

Distributor finalisation and agreement

Once the distributor is selected, we will work along with the brand owners and distributor to finalise the terms of the agreement including price value chain. We will facilitate in negotiating, finalising and signing the agreement.

The distribution agreement is signed between the brand owners and the distributor in the respective country

Setting the Route to Market

Based on the pre-market study, we work with the brand to clarify doubts or further information required to help them in making a decision. The various entry models are:

  1. Own company office

  2. Selling directly in the sales channel from their home markets

  3. Appointing a distributor

Working with the distributors to select the right channel partners in retail & online, relevant outlets. Planning trade marketing activities, shelf visibility, promotions and digital support to drive the brand development and growth.

Monitoring KPIs

We will prepare a periodic report covering the key performance indicators like numeric distribution, customer wise performance, SKU wise performance, trade marketing activations & promotions during the period, actual shelf display, gaps in the market. We will conduct a periodic meeting with the distributors to measure performance.
